Judd Bowman started tattooing over 11 years ago in Pennsylvania and really found his niche after moving to Los Angeles in 2009. He is the co-owner of Among the Willows tattoo shop in downtown LA. While he loves living and working in LA, he also feels drawn to the island of Oahu and can be found at the Kaka’ako 1 Point location at least 1 week per month. Judd tattoos in black ink only, and specializes in mostly classic looking designs. He prides himself on mastery of some of the staples: Babes, dragons, ships, skulls, tigers, butterflies, snakes, and enjoys working to customize classic designs.
